What Supply Chain Finance & e-Invoicing includes
Buyer and seller onboarding
Enrol buyers and sellers online, or sync profiles in real time from back-office systems. Delegate user entitlements to the corporate administrator or manage them from the middle office.
Program management
Set up programs for anchor customers with program-level and relationship-level limits. Dashboards show limits allocated, used and available for every buyer and seller.
Catalogues and procurement
Sellers publish product SKUs and pricing. Buyers send requests for quotes to several suppliers, compare quotations and place purchase orders.
Purchase orders and invoices
Raise purchase orders from quotes or standalone, with supplier acceptance by approval flow or straight-through processing. Digitise invoices, one by one or by file upload, including recurring and milestone-based invoices.
Offers and discounting
Sellers publish discount offers based on their cash-flow position, to selected or all suppliers. Approved invoices become eligible for discounting or financing.
Settlements
Settle accepted invoices straight through or on schedule, with automatic settlement for recurring and milestone invoices. Record offline settlements, payment gateway or ACH mandate payments.
Correspondence
Every onboarded organisation gets a workspace to raise service requests, disputes, complaints and queries, with alert rules that notify the counterparty of every change.
